Day 169,

Here are some updates:

- I had sex with this nursing studying another time, but then she broke it off with me soon after. Said she needed to stop dating to focus on her schoolwork. This was November 2019. I ran into her again at work this week (wasn't expecting that).
- I'm still sleeping with someone on a regular basis. Roughly once weekly.
- I've made a couple of ~1000 USD sales, though they are rare and both are bad communicators.
- I'm signing up for Derek Johanson's Copy Hour, a really well known copywriting course with daily exercises. Promises to teach you to become a legit writer who writes converting pieces.
- I'm handwriting copy and reading on the topic basically every day.
- I'm starting the 100 Day Challenge again this coming Monday.
Day 177,

Been about 6 months since I started UMS. Been running it after work and before bed. Getting a few hours' worth.

- I'm 18 days into Copy Hour
- I'm 17 days into the 100 Day Challenge
- I've been able to run for 5.25 miles in under 50 minutes, a personal best. I have the goal of running a half-marathon by May
- I'm getting turned off by the idea of running an agency; I might leave the 'mastermind' that I'm a part of, but will give it a bit more time to decide.

I'm considering washing out UMS and jumping back into BASE 2.1. I've had very direct results while on BASE.
Good progress man. I really enjoy reading your journal. What results have you seen from BASE and how does UMS compare?

My general impressions are that I've been stagnant with UMS (which is not really true; I've learned a lot about business while using UMS, but this is also attributable to a mastermind I'm a part of).

Both times I've used BASE, it's led to a pay raise in my salary, which is not directly related to business, but I've found that my financial skills benefit while using the program as well. (I've learned more about investments and stocks, real estate, etc.)
Day 186,

I've been running BASE 2.1 for the past week or so. I didn't give myself enough time to come down from UMS. Oh well, I chose these consequences, which include depression and loss of motivation and productivity relating to business matters.
Why would you keep posting to a journal dedicated to UMS when you're not using UMS?

This previous post would presumably be my last post lol.
Gotcha.
