Funny you say that because LTU pushed me to study game/seduction, and on UMS I'm motivated to eat more healthy, even more so than LTU.
It's pretty cool. I've never used LTU but definitely feeling the desire to improve all areas of my life

Defo LTU effects here too. Its also like Max Alpha - like King in KWML. - Not read KWML but contemplated each one in turn for a long time.
It's a great book. I'd love to learn more about vocal tonality.
Had a vivid dream last night related to fear of violence and physical confrontation. Drug dealers were putting money in front of me to test if I'd be bold enough to take it from them and I did and left. Both times I ended up getting chased by gangs later on my dreams, intent on kidnapping and killing me. My dream highlighted how much I desired to be fearless and brave and be able to conquer all enemies. Again had another dream about fighting a guy much taller and larger than me who was trained in boxing.
UMS seems to be clearing fears in relation to physical conflict and scenarios of extreme life/death violence. Interesting how those types of fears could be a potential barrier for achieving wealth. Also interesting to note that I don't normally ever have any nightmares or vivid dreams that I remember, but definitely not nightmares. Yet since starting UMS there's been a few scary dreams.
Eventually got out of bed feeling tired, drained and lethargic. Had a haircut and did my weekly shop whilst getting my car valeted. Plan on spending the day studying and working on a business idea I'm about to launch which has come to me since starting the subliminal.
Made the first real start in my business today which means I'll be able to start taking sales once they come in and I'm feeling good about it.
Update: finished work top of the leaderboard again today with highest income and highest sales units. Won the go home early incentive so got to leave an hour early as well. Selling was effortless today and it's like I've just stopped thinking about it or wasting time and am just going through the process as quickly as possible with each customer whilst still coming across extremely likable, trustworthy and professional. I closed my day at 11 sales whilst my nearest contender on the team had just 7

Thanks for the continued support and for following my updates. Much success, prosperity and joy to you too brother
Felt inspired and ready to start my loops again a day early. Listened to one today and will endeavour to get another in tonight as well. I'm trying to follow the 3x1,7x0 rule but am lowering the rest periods and upping the loop amounts by a small amount when I feel pulled to.
Enjoying some sexy r&b like this:

The song emits a certain prosperous, relaxed and abundant vibe which I'm enjoying. The guy's clearly flexin' without being too obnoxious about it.

You're from London/UK too I see. Good song, great progress.

Had no idea you were another UK bro too. I'm in Cambridgeshire just an hour north of London
Never used to appreciate much of the modern British rap/hip hop scene (mainly grime) but I do enjoy some of the more r&b mixed artists like B Young. Off topic for the thread's purpose to be fair but if you enjoy modern slightly flashy/ostentatious rap styles similar to Post Malone then Wxvey Hex is a great up and coming artist from Nottingham (where I partly grew up) who has some cool upbeat feel-amazing tunes which I really enjoy to raise my prosperity and high status vibes on my drives to and from work.
Only good vibes brother!
Nice area, Cambridgeshire, lol.
Ill have a listen to Waxy hex, I like the Post Malone style of music.
Ive always liked UK rap tbh, lol, guess its because Im literally like 10mins away from some major artists and everyone is hyping about them
Big time self improvement mode today. I was tired after work and took a nap having had little sleep last night. Been doing multiple rounds of laundry, tidying, cooking my own meals at home, reading books and studying seduction/game. It's like I've realised how terribly lazy I've been this last year and neglecting so many areas of my life. I've been living like a complete chump wasting all my time. UMS is kicking these excuses out of my ass.
Back when I was listening to DMSI I was doing 2 hrs overtime all day every working day of the month and DMSI was making me really tired and I think a lot of it spiralled out of control from there. I would go to work, come back, mong out in front of my computer watching youtube or netflix, then go to sleep.
I feel much better now that I'm working to improve my spending by cooking my own meals again and investing only in training and tools that are going to help towards all my long term goals.
Just effortlessly spent the last hour revisiting Jason Capital's book with intense thought and focus. One of my favourite quotes from it:
"It's easier to act your way into a new way of thinking, than it is to think your way into a new way of acting."
One of the main principles he discusses and teaches in this book is an intense, purposeful and smouldering eye contact. I've drastically transformed my entire posture, standing/sitting positions, walk and have been steadily improving my tonality but that intensity of eye contact with a true purpose whilst I talk to people, particularly women, can be a powerful thing and it's one I'm ready to stop neglecting and start practicing from tomorrow.
This sub truly is pushing me to self improve and pick up high status wealthy habits.
Been feeling better looking daily every time I look at myself in the mirror or snap a selfie. I feel like previous years of "looks" related subs have started to manifest more prominently in my facial structure. Perhaps E3 has cleared fears allowing previous conditioning to really shine through. Having a bit of tan on your face and a fresh haircut always seems to help too, though I started noticing this before having my hair cut.
Today I'm working on relaxing and recovering from the week and slowly organising my chores that need doing before I settle down to read a bit and work on some income goals and figuring out what skills I need to learn to get where I want to be. Still been following the 1 loop for 3 days then 5-7 days off rule. I know a lot of people are playing high loops of this sub but I'm not feeling drawn to do so at this moment.
