The amount of tension that is trapped in my muscles is beyond ridicolous. I will release every last one of them from their state of tenseness.

Now I know what Wilhelm Reich meant with 'body armor'.
And now I understand what Bruce Lee meant by 'Become as fluid as water'. Unless there are even deeper levels I haven't reached yet.

The areas I already released have gained significant agility. The word nimble comes to mind. It's mindboggling to understand how just the tension in your hand can lead to tension in your lower arm, in your upper arm, in your shoulder, in your back and in your chest.

Many thanks for creating this life changing subliminal @Shannon!
I am dumbfunded...

I just managed to release the tension in my left hand, which triggered the release of my left arm and induced a pleasant stinging sensation, like a thousand little needles per square inch, on my upper back, releasing it too, travelling around to my right hand,  releasing it and part of my right arm and last but not least releasing my chest muscles.

Now I see myself having defined and toned muscles for the first time ever. And here I wondered why I never could manage to put on muscle mass. I gained all the muscles, all right. They were just permanently super tensed up and thus seemed flat. And caused my posture to suffer.

This is getting close to way beyond what I believed possible but nevertheless hoped a subliminal might do. Not even six months!!
Since I have been getting PMs regarding my body activation / tension release practice, I think it is beneficial to post about what I do here as well.

First, I am not following any method at all. My ambition is simply to explore and understand my body completely. I think my subconscious is guiding me in this endevour. Which makes sense to me, since it is the part of me that is regulating my muscles, my organs, my whole body really and knows how everything works together.

Enabling my cells to burn more oxygen by adjusting my diet just a tiny bit plays a big part as well.

I simply explore muscle groups with my fingers. Muscles taper out into tendons, with which they are hooked to our skeletal frame. If you apply a slight pressure (like a really gentle touch, just placing your finger) on the tendons, the connected muscle(s) start(s) to relax. Still applying the same soft pressure I then start to tense the targeted muscle and it will release even more stored stress.

Sometimes the release is temporary. This is because there are other muscles, interconnected with your target muscle, that are still not released, and thus this leads to a gradual stress build-up in your freshly opened-up muscle. Hence, more releasing of other muscles is necessary. Sometimes facia release is needed to fully release a muscle as well. Skin and muscle are connected after all.

This approach takes its time. Sometimes you have to back off because you need to understand what releasing will do to the muscles around. Does it increase the tension in them? If so, will this put too much pressure on your joints or spinal disks, wherever you are releasing at the moment? Become aware of how your muscles and bones are connected.

I still have a lot of tension release to do. And I have been investing tons of hours already. But once you understand what you are doing and once you have learned to identify what a tension knot and freshly released facia feel like with your fingers, you will be able to assess how much more release is needed.

A word of advice: Sometimes a major muscle release will trigger intense feelings. These may or may not be connected to emotions and memories. Don't be afraid if that happens. The FRM module in LTU's script has your back (if you happen to run it).

This whole thing has elevated my understanding of my body to new levels. And I am still learning something new every day.
Day 157

It seems that, because of my body activation work, I now have enough muscle awareness to actively use only the muscles around my eyeballs, while intentionally relaxing all other groups around them. That cries for pin-point exploration and training.

For now I am getting a show of colorfully sparkling lights whenever I stretch further or longer into a direction that seemingly hasn't seen much action in it's previously default, mostly semiconscious to unconscious, mode of use.

I wonder how my eyeballs will react to workout.
Will it change their shape and thus correct my imperfect eyesight? Will the increased bloodflow improve my visiual acuity and I'll perceive a larger part of the wavelength spectrum? Or be able to better discern spatial depth? Will I obtain a higher resolution?

Now that I am aware of this, I will be isolating the muscles responsible for focussing my lenses as well. And explore them along with the ones around my eyeballs.

Releasing them will be interesting.
Day 166

I am still releasing tension all over my muscle system. As a consequence I am learning a lot about my body. Many of the blocks are related to incidents that happened throughout my life, as recent as a few years back to as far back as thirty years ago. This is amazing and amusing at the same time, since sometimes I literally have to soothe a very young Raz and assure myself that it is OK to do what I am doing. My subconscious is fully on board with this development. This part of me is teaching my conscious self in various ways. As a result I am using my body a lot more mindfully.

I am realiszing more and more how advanced Bruce Lees insights into the human system were. To quote him once more:

"We are always in a process of becoming and NOTHING is fixed. Have no rigid system in you, and you'll be flexible to change with the ever changing. OPEN yourself and flow, my friend. Flow in the TOTAL OPENNESS OF THE LIVING MOMENT. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Moving, be like water. Still, be like a mirror. Respond like an echo."
Day 178

Things are quiet at the moment. Seems like I have reached a new level and I am in the process of integrating all the goodies that came with mastering and/or clearing the previous one.

Now I have to built up momentum again to explore and, ultimately, own this level. Although these levels are assigned by me arbitrarily, while objectively it probably is more like a continuum.
I thoroughly enjoy reading 'Clit-ology' by Jordan LaRousse and Samantha Sade.

I think, some of you might like it as well.
Day 201

Things are going well. But I crave to experience change at a higher pace. Improvements are absorbed into my status quo so fast and effectively that I feel a bit irritated if nothing major happens for a week or two.
Day 202

It feels as if I am running a new subliminal at the moment. The past days I averaged 10+ hours of sleep per night.

WOw....your journal logs are amazing man. LTU5 is one phenominal program....and with all the even newer life changing bells and whistles.....LTU6 in 6G......well like Jimi Hendrix once sand "Are You Experienced?"- LTU across the board is to be experienced..
BTW  Raz,Jimi Hendrix and Bruce Lee went to the same High School,Garfield High, back in the mid 1950's at the same time,up in Seattle Washington,USA!
Day 215

End of round 1.

There will be a round 2.

But first, I will try to untangle some messed up money and abundance belief systems of mine.
