Day 139.
Changes and improvements have become too numerous to count. I can roughly classify them into three categories, I think. Psychological, physiological and external tools.
My mental state is probably the best it has ever been. This is not only on occasional days but very much every day. And it still improves from week to week.
Some posts back I wrote about body activation. This is constantly getting better. Healthy body, healthy mind.
I invested in a lot of different tools and gadgets over the past months. Most of them items between 2 and 20 bucks. They all increase my life quality significantly. It's as if my subconsciousness is taking me by the hand and guiding me to them.

Hey man! great to hear about your progress, do you mind sharing the names of those items, I always love things that increase the quality of life and maybe somebody else might benefit from it also!

Absolutely! Great idea.
Over the last months I semi-consciously got myself:
- a desk organizer - basically a little bamboo table with little carved-in pockets (~50 cm x 6 cm x 15 cm length-height-depth)
- 5 m adhesive tape - truly re-usable and strong tape!
- a wrist-rest for my laptop and mouse - using it correctly and resting my palms instead of my wrists ...
- an ergonomic mouse
- a tongue scraper
- a kneeling chair - just freakin' awesome!
- a trimming/styling set + a 2 € styling tool for facial hair - really freaking easy to use; looking sharp is an easy feat now
- a foam roller - so mindblowingly ergonomic it still blasts my socks off! Soon I will be way over 9000!
Nothing special. Just small pieces of a larger puzzle I am using as stepping stones to level up in multiple areas.

Yes, it truly is.
I do things mostly by the book. Always five loops a day - although I have been sporadically peppering my days with single loops on top of that lately, since @
Shannon mentioned his success with this approach. I disregarded the secondary ASRB here and there and ran LTU 7 days a week (doing it again since two cycles ago) but mostly uphold the 4 days on 2 days off ratio.
In the beginning of this LTU run I used the ultrasonic exclusively and only at night. But since @
DarthXedonias mentioned his success with the hybrid I have been using the trickling hybrid. I changed my listening pattern a few times. I am very flexible with that part. I listened during the day, I listened in the late evenings transitioning into the night, now I am back to using it during sleep only. 90-95 % of the time I used mp3's (still my default) with the exception of during-the-day use where I ran/run flac's. I am listening through stereo speakers. I tried sleepphones in the past, but abandoned them for comfort reasons long ago. In the first 70-or-so days I migrated to my headphones sometimes, but it is simply inconvenient in the long run and brings no significant advantage over speakers. At least not in my experience. Volume-wise I do things by mostly by ear, varying according to the time of day / ambient noise level while I run the subliminal. For use during sleep I try to go as low as possible. Do I hear the track clearly? Do I consciously perceive the details? My second line of insurance is FrequenSee. The peak of the hybrid is somewhere around -70 dB*. Rule of thumb for me is that the volume of the hybrid/masked has to be slightly below the volume of my thoughts (if that makes any sense).
That's it in a nutshell.

I Knew it Raz!! I Knew that this LTU5 was a 'muther' and da game changer. Hmm looks like I’m not the only one experiencing this on Ltu. Seems this sub drives one to gather tangible tools to be utilized for self-improvement.

Yes, I am.
Although lately I have been trying to broaden the spectrum of my sleeping positions. Using different pillow types I picked up over the years in varying positions. My goal is to cultivate the habit to at least partly sleep on my back.
I think I just had a peek below the tip of the iceberg of LTUs potential when used over extended periods of time. May be it was a premonition or an interpolated snapshot my subconsciouness passed along to my conscious part based on how it understands/interprets the script of this subliminal.

I just literally executed an octave jump.

After adding flax seed oil to my diet a few days ago (and using it as a means to massage and relieve knots within my muscles and muscular fascia all over my body) I started to mix it three days ago with quark. You know, to do a little biochemistry* and increase my cellular oxygen uptake, while providing my cells with an ample supply of the right enzymes to use this oxygen, as effectively as possible, as a fuel.
Adding this to my mindblowingly healthy diet and really so much more that would take a novel to explain -- since LTU is a really extraordinary reality hack -- I can really feel and observe my body transforming before my eyes (which do get their workout too).
My tongue, of course, is part of my body. And while experiencing and flexing the different muscle pairs in it, I tried to stick my tongue out as far as possible, when suddenly a frenulum or maybe some taped-together fascia connected to it, disconnected from my larynx. Now I can stick out my tongue a lot farther, have a greater nerve-signal resolution in this area, and I can verbally go through a lot more octaves of sound than before.
Just another normal day on LTU.
