Hi guys...

Was looking to start Woman Magnet (used DMSI last year without the FRM but felt that women magnet ...even though it's considered old tech compared to the bells and whistles of the newer stuff ...people got a lot good results from it.)

Question is..I've run AM6 twice now. First run was great...noticed a huge difference...second had more subtle changes. Last run ended 1.5 years ago.

Would a AM6 refresher (stage 7) be recommended before starting WM2?

Yes, you should do a 32 days run.

Definately a good idea if it's been a year and a half. It's usually best to do WM soon after AM6.

At least a 32 day run of the refresher, after that much time.
