I am doing nofap but I am not really seeing benefits.
so I am wondering:
I was not addicted to porn, Nofap is not hard for me to do. Do you guys think it's because of that that I am not seeing benefits?
could it also be that I am not doing it for long enough? I am about 2 months in now. but I don't really count.
I also have wet dreams sometimes(once every two weeks roughly) could that be the reason I don't see much benefits?
any experienced nofapper have any thoughts on this? it's very much appreciated!
