Hi all,
New to this forum and technology overall. Extremely optimistic about the potential of these subs and 6g soon coming out. I have recently purchased overcoming porn addiction (OPA) and have seen great results since starting 11 days ago. Will probably stop OPA at the 40 day mark. Im not sure which subs to run after. Im thinking E2 for 6 months and then switch to DMSI for the rest of the year. I am 22M ISTJ.

I will be doing general personal development along side this… including Holotropic breathwork, reading, exercise and probably daygame/nightgame on weekends. Im currently in the military for the next 9 months.

Ive never had a sexual relationship with a girl and looking to change that.

Also in the next 5 years I want to build a successful business.

Im wondering what are good subs to start out with?
LTU (Life Tune Up) is a good starter.

I did the 5G version of LTU for well over a year, and it covers quite a lot of useful things (I did some other subs before LTU).

E2 should also be useful. I did E1 for 6 months, and it was rough as. I had nightmares almost every night, but felt calm and serene when awake.

Edit: I’m 31 yo and haven’t had a sexual relationship yet, so you’re not alone with that. I should get there eventually though. There’s always hope for those who put in the effort, etc.

Wow, interesting, will look into it! Curious to know what changes have u had since starting LTU? (Especially permanent ones)
Edit: 2015 - 2017 were when I did LTU 5G.

LTU 5G results... Off the the top of my head:

- Feeling excited for no particular reason.
- Flatmate seemed less annoying / more tolerable
- Most people seemed dead inside / noticeably dull
- Oddly specific fears, that had nothing to do with reality, seemed to no longer affect me (fear of urine in mailbox, for example).
- Driven to succeed, but not knowing what to do to succeed.
- More comfortable with me / myself (who is nerdy, socially awkward and weird).
- Anal sex now seems disgusting to me (used to love anal sex porn. Now I cringe).
- Watch less porn
- Was getting approached by old men (this seems to have died down now - I’m a guy, so WTF!)
- People (especially women) my age, and younger, are repelled by me / avoid me / ignore me
- Open to new possibilities / paradigms
- Really like myself
- Less pain relating to rejection
- Cool with being unpopular / socially awkward
- The massive amount of damage that reading PUA has done to me is much more obvious
- Would rather be myself, than someone else
- Extra gratitude for little things
- Feeling good
- Lost some close friends
- More feminine
- Some people that used to like me, now avoid me / ignore me
- Some people that used to avoid me / ignore me, now like me
- Feel like I have rare value to offer people (although only some people would see any value in me. Most don’t and I am cool with that).
- Enjoy nature more

One big thing I should emphasise is that you will become non-compatiable with most people (whose toxicity / BS / manipulation games become more obvious, and frustrating).

LTU 5G is quite subtle, and feels like nothing is happening for ages, until you realise that something has changed.

It’s been over a year since I finished up my last run of LTU 5G. Many things have noticeably faded, but I can still perceive them.

The main point that has stuck is that I love myself / love the nerdy, socially awkward person that I am, and can admit it openly. My personality is naturally like Tina Belcher from Bobs Burgers.

The self-esteem, self-love, etc. seems to have been the most permanent thing.
I would not necessarily take Enki's results from LTU 5G as normal. Read the forum and get to know the people you are asking for advice from. It will also help answer your question.

We have LTU 5.5g coming out some time in January, and it will spawn a mumber of other subs, including E3, USLM4, UMOP3 and UMS.

If your primary goal is to have a sexual relationship then you can generally either go the route of AM/SM/WM or the route of DMSI.

I'm sure more will chime in.
TBH, DMSI helps with business too as you are seen as high value. If you have clients that you have to meet face to face or even over the phone, they will sense that and give your more respect and consideration.
I have run E2 for a little bit longer than 7 months. The reason behind it was to get out of a really deep depression and symptoms of PTSD. I have almost gotten all that away.

What E2 have helped me with also is to somewhat find myself, stop using porn, learning to like myself and not going out seeking validation from the outside, starting to listen to what I really want out from life rather trying to become popular among other people. I feel I am getting more wholesome, focusing on stuff that are positive to myself. Stopping to hang out with people that don't give me something in return or care of me in a genuine way, and being alone and enjoying my own company if that is the only alternative, and being fine with that. Searching for deeper connection with others and myself. Meditating more. Listening more to music. Learning more to know myself. I'm starting to get a grip of what emotional health is about and that I can hold it for myself and not needing other people to make me feel ok.

I read your reply masterenki and while some of your changes seem good, in terms of accepting yourself, I got the feeling that you are stuck in a self image of looking at yourself as a "nerd" or whatever you want to call it, and thus not caring how other people find you, you are stuck in your own way of defining yourself. You don't really need to define yourself. You are just you (whatever you name is). Drop the negative formualtions and starting seeing the positive things from your own center, rather than resorting to empty labels.
I would say jump on DMSI... You will love it. Just read the journals.
It depends on your main goal, you mentioned business and sex which are 2 pretty distinct things.

You could use USLM3 and have a seperate goal for each.

But if for example sex was your priority then DMSI would be better, as it's got alot more for that than USLM3 which can be used for any of your goals.

USLM3 would be better if you're more wanting to focus on the business side.

LTU 5.5g would be a good option actually as MasterEnki said, Shannon is currently building it. It would be better to wait for the 5.5g version than do 5g.

E2/E3 (not out yet) are more focused on healing. If that's your priority they would be better, but it doesn't sound like it is.
@SaltyMeatballs

Shannon makes a good suggestion. Read the journals to get a more rounded perspective on what a particular sub can do (different people get different kinds of results).

@Greenduck

I probably shouldn’t use stereotypical labels, but the typical person considers me to be a nerd, etc.

Nerd = my interests are video games, sci-fi, cartoons, anime, comic books, superheroes, role playing, anthropomorphic characters, the undead, reading.

The typical / average person considers people with those interests to be a huge nerd. And I’m okay with being labelled as such.

Socially awkward = I usually say something that creeps people out (even when I think everything is non-creepy). People will regularly suddenly cross their arms, or walk away, or make excuses to avoid talking to me, or tell me bluntly that I said something ‘inappropriate’, etc. And I never know what to say. Whenever I think something is appropriate and comforting, it generally isn’t. People often react in ways that confuse me, or that are completely different from the way I imagine them reacting in situations. Etc.

Weird = I am different from the average / typical person. Didn’t say my first word until 3.5 yo, started my education in ‘special school’ (before being moved to ‘mainstream’), no sexual experience at 31yo, non-drinker / avoid alcohol (this alone gets me plenty of ‘weird’ labels), prefers ‘alternative’ music, some interests that are considered ‘weird’ by others, etc.

When I’m enjoying my interests / hobbies I’m not really thinking that I’m a nerd. It’s only within social contexts that labels come up. People literally say that I’m nerdy, awkward, weird, etc. (so I just adopted the same labels that they use).

LTU 5G helped with ‘pride’ (nerd pride!) and self-acceptance. I really like who I am. Some people tell me that I need to become more ‘normal’, and I think ‘no f*cking way do I want to be ‘normal’. I just want to be me’.

I am working on developing a self-image as a powerful, unique, awesome individual person.

Ok I’m WIth you Smile I like your attitude man, not many people who have the guts to follow their own interests/dreams. Most people just do what other people do. But maybe you could benefit on developing your “neutral” persona it sounds like that at least. So you can blend in when you want to and be yourself when you feel that is appropriate. I would look at doing some energy work and maybe go with E2, but you’ll know that best yourself n take care’
If you are not getting the results you want from life, the only thing you have the power to change is yourself. It sounds like you refuse to change the things that would get you what you want to defend an identity that keeps you where you are. You can be you while also becoming who and what you need to be to achieve your goals in life. It's called growth.

I should probably wait for E3, if it is going to be the same price as E2...

I do have plans to do another E run some time. I also plan to try some ASC 6G, once it is available.

Haven’t yet decided exactly what to run from Feb 2019 and onwards (after I wrap up AYPFWB, and have a quick sub-break).

The main point I was making, is that LTU 5G helped, noticeably, with self-acceptance and being cool with my ‘nerdy’ interests, etc.

I cop a bit of crap over my interests from some people, and these days I’m pretty comfortable having ‘nerdy’ interests.

As for energy work... That sounds like a good idea. I do have more ‘heart chakra’ energy than before.

Actually, that is something that I have noticed post-LTU 5G... more warmth in the ‘heart chakra’.

I do want more ‘Third Eye’ though, since that should help quite a bit with manifestation / law of attraction. (at least that is what I have read in the past about it).
