Hey guys sorry if was answered already couldn't find.

I am going on vacation and very worried about how to listen. The ultrasonic track really puts me down and I can't use hybrid on speakers due to partner. My questions are:

Can I listen to hybrid in headphones and same time watch a movie/course?
During sleep if I am listening to hybrid in headphones and one falls, would then effect be less?
What if I can't get all 5 loops in one go? Try to separate or not listen at all?

If one headphone falls out it will be a bit less effective as it's designed for stereo. That's why usually it's recommended to use speakers at night.

It's important to get the 5 loops all at once, not doing so will reduce effectiveness quite a bit. The problem is if I answer that question of 'which one is best' that you'll likely take it as an excuse to not listen to all the loops at once, because "Ben told me."
