Nothing notable to report. I'm still doing my thing, working on training, looking into how to further my career, learning more about nutrition, etc.
At this point, I just want the damn thing to work.
The program still isn't working.
I can say that my dick has had some weird soreness lately since I've tried to stop fapping. Still haven't completely stopped but there's random soreness now. Might be from a combination of fapping and PE exercises.
Either way, still waiting for the next version to come out.

The previous version worked for me great but the current one is ineffective if it comes to external results.
I took a couple of weeks off and thought I'd be able to feel much more rested usually. I still find that sometimes I just sleep for around 10 hours, which just seems like a bit much to me. Most of the time, getting 7-8 hours of sleep.
I've also had to take a break from training due to temporary setbacks. I'm going to to slowly ease my way back in. Just been doing walking recently. But I now think I know of a more optimal way to cut fat faster.
Nothing notable regarding DMSI. At the moment, I just know I need to get things going with my career.
I may return to listening to DMSI in a few days, but still I fully believe it's just not there yet.
