HOLY CRAP! 8 loops for 3.3.1 is going to be difficult for me. I could barely do 5.5 hrs consistently during the weekdays. Now I gotta figure out how I can do ~9 hours. Honestly, I have no idea.

I can switch to trickling stream playing on my iPhone overnight, but that's probably a big downgrade from listening to hybrid with headphones.

Weekdays if I change my schedule around, I can do hybrid on headphones, but Saturday and Sunday would be real difficult to get that in, would have to be trickling stream on my iPhone speakers while I sleep.

9 hours just feels wild. I don't see any convenient way to do this.

I'll double check that the iPhone X can play ultrasonic. Haven't tested yet.

Edit: I'm finishing my current cycle. Then starting 3.3.1 on Monday.
This has been a long week.

Here’s the problem. I’ve been trying the nofap thing and the only thing that worked to stop my sexual urges is holding my breath till I’m on the brink of passing out. I’m usually not in a situation where that’s feasible (showering, mid-workout, etc.). The problem is between DMSI and having just finished my cleanse last week my hormones feel like they’ve doubled. If I fap a bit to porn I can calm it down for a bit until later or the next day. If I don’t, I’m constantly trying to keep my mind occupied so I don’t think about sex. It’s been so bad that sometimes while I’m training in my home gym I get a boner mid workout. This is ridiculous!

I see people on NoFap complain about their energy and this and that suffering after they fap. I don’t experience that. Sure, I’ll think “Oh damn. Guess I gotta restart the streak”, and that’s about it. A couple hours later I feel just as good as usual (sometimes even a bit better after getting some kind of relief and being able to think clearly easier). And usually within 24-48 hours the hormones are back at full swing.

And yeah, this all happens while I’m productive all day. Usually it’s not until later at night I can even unwind.

I thought DMSI was supposed to be using this energy. I do all I can to try to make myself tired by bed time (really making my training sessions tough) but somehow that sexual drive just stays there and builds. At times it feels like it goes away for a bit but when I feel it again it’s stronger than it was before.

All this has been happening this week. Usually it’s not this often but that cleanse must’ve successfully reset my hormones. I don’t have a girl to fuck and I don’t know how to make it stop unless I just derail my gym and nutrition progress which isn’t happening.

Not to mention, I haven’t even started 3.3.1 yet. I don’t see how it could get any more wild though. Also seems like only way I can get in 9 hours is to connect my PC to my TV via HDMI and play the silent track while I sleep. None of my other devices with speakers can handle the frequency.
Started 3.3.1 back on Monday. I'm mainly posting so Shannon can have data. I'm sure he since he just released 3.3.1, he would like testers to report whenever possible.

This week has been pretty busy as usual. I started my bulk this week, but I think I've taxed my body way too much. Tuesday and Wednesday's workouts went well. Of course they were tough but I just powered through it. Today, my body was like "nope". Had to completely change my routine to not tax my nervous system that much, but that's all on me. Today was the first day I woke up with a headache while on 3.3.1. I think that's from the sub but my body's fatigue was because of my training.

Nothing notable to report. I've been abstaining from porn and masturbation. And as usual while on the program, there are times I think of getting back girls for all the bs I've been through. That's all for now.

It's been convenient just waking up and having all 8 loops done since I have to play it while I sleep. That's great. The first few days of sleep I kept waking up in the middle of the night multiple times. Last night that didn't happen. Regardless even if the number of loops go down in the future, I'm probably just going to stick with getting loops in while I sleep. That just provides much more freedom during the day.

My horniness has calmed down a bit, but is still definitely there. Tbh, I think the whole NoFap really isn't for everyone. "Hey, I know you don't have any other sexual outlets, but don't fap or watch porn ever again. Idc if you can't concentrate on your job or in the gym with all those hormones raging. Develop godly willpower to not do it...Oh, you underslept, had a long ass day, and your willpower dipped for moment and you fapped once in the past month? You just relapsed. Start over"

It just doesn't feel like NoFap helps DMSI. But I'll do it just to help further refine DMSI and also I think the willpower you'd gain from it would have to be godly. It also doesn't seem like DMSI is using any body fat. If it was, I'm definitely at a low enough percentage to tell if I was losing more body fat than what my training/nutrition would do.

Finally on my 3 day break. And fuck. I'm feeling horny. I thought I finally had made it go away, but man I was wrong. I even planned a nice relaxing "off day" for myself in a couple of days so I can just recharge a bit. This horniness has got to go because it has no use right now. I'm already giving it my all for my goals in the gym and with my nutrition and with pushing things forward with my work/career. I'm also doing PE every weekday and learning more about the essentials for me (cryptocurrency, yoga, how the body works, etc.) on a daily basis. I stop and meditate or I stop what I'm doing and walk when I feel horny. Those are two things I can do at almost any point in the day that'll help.

But I always hear about turning that energy into something. Trust me, I'm one of the most creative people I know whether I fap or not. If I can turn it into some extreme level of creativity, then sure I'll do that. I'm just tired of feeling horny not being able to fap and not having anyone to fuck. I seriously wonder why I haven't heard stories about people losing their mind while doing this. If DMSI isn't gonna absorb that energy, then I'll do whatever to turn it into something else.
I watched porn and fapped, just was really horny. For some reason I came WAY faster than I usually do and I just didn’t get the physical sensation I usually do from it. Usually I really enjoy it because I can choose when I come and it’s just satisfying and I can enjoy it for what it is. It’s the only time I can feel sexually proud like a man because no girls seem to accept my sexuality. But I didn’t get my satisfaction today. So now it seems like fapping is just not as satisfying if I’m not doing it on a regular basis.

I hope I stop waking up in the middle of the night as often as I do. Not sure if it’s the sub or just the fact that ever since the cleanse my hormones doubled and now my body heat is noticeably higher at night.

Already started my next round of loops. I’m just curious how exactly the average person who’s never used a sub before would respond to the kind of turmoil Ive experienced ever since I started DMSI. And seeing things that make it seem like it’s working but then for them to go away without a trace of results coming in the future.

It’s whatever. I’ll just keep doing what I can for my personal progress.
Waking up in the middle of the night because of heat is something I struggled with a lot, until I bought the Chilipad. It basically cools your mattress to your desired sleeping temperature. I've slept through the night since then. Look into it, many top performers use it too.

So for today's update.
I swear man, I feel like the things people say are the result of fapping are just completely opposite for me. NoFap says to use the energy to gym. Today I felt horny while training in my home gym. I added in some extra sets and exercises that I didn't plan to do. Then I felt hornier. I do my cool down and then I'm just like fuck it, I'm too horny. I watched porn and fapped. I enjoyed it a lot and I lasted as long as I usually do unlike the last time. Seems like if I stay away from it for a week or more I'm just not able to last as long as usual. Then I even did a chaser fap when I had to shower. Then I continued with the rest of what I had to do for the day and didn't feel anything they say they feel after fapping. I was able to think clearly, speak freely. It honestly didn't feel like it made a difference except finally getting some level of sexual relief.

I know Shannon said not to fap, but either the next version of DMSI needs to work whether you fap or not or it just needs to use all horny energy so you never feel horny unless in it's like right before sex.

Still though, I will try not to fap. But damn. Give me a hot fuck buddy or something and fapping won't be even be a concern. I'm thinking 3.3.1 is just making me hornier than the last version did.
I don't think we should ever switch off our biological drive. Feeling horny from no fap inspires us to go out and do things. It's just the matter of having the willpower not to fap it away. Smile

I see your point but I’m busy actively doing things to further my career and my well being all day during the week and a lot of the time on the weekend. Whether I fapped or not, I feel the same and get everything done plus more if I’m trying make the horniness go away by walking longer periods of time, adding in sets to my training or if I can, holding my breath till I’m on the brink of passing out.

I just don’t like having all that horniness and having no true way to make it go away (fapping only makes it go away for a day at 2 at most).
Just wanted to give an update.

Yeah I went ham fapping a few days ago. It's pretty ridiculous that my sex drive is like this. It just gets to be annoying.

I don't like the 7 days on 3 days off mainly because I like having set days that are my off days and I might stay up a bit later than usual just to relax, have fun, do whatever I planned. But with this rotation, the 3 days off aren't constant. If I go to sleep too late and start the loops late, then I have to start my next day lae. It just makes scheduling things less convenient.

I am pleased with the results from my lean bulk. I am now cutting. I really like my progress though I don't believe the sub affected it one way or the other.

Nothing notable at all to report relating to girls.

I hope the next version isn't that far away and is noticeably more effective.
Wanted to give an update sooner but been busy.

Still nothing great to report regarding DMSI.

During my cut, I noticed that some nights I felt like DMSI made it harder for me to stay asleep. I think it was a combination of my training, caloric deficit, and the program all being done at the same time. I saw that others had some sleeping problems as well.

I think doing PE is probably one of the reasons that I feel horny so often and end up fapping. But I'm not gonna stop doing it. It's too good of a long term benefit to stop because of that imo.

Still training just as usual. Just started a mini bulk to take a break from the cut. Will probably get back to cutting in like a month.

At the moment, I'm really feeling an upgrade to DMSI would be appreciated. I'd personally love for the next one to be 4 hours a day max and to have a cycle that doesn't go for more than a week. Ten day cycles just don't let you keep a consistent schedule. 7 or less would.

And of course, if the next one produced noticeable results that'd be most welcome.
