I use SIA v6 as a first option on my nightly playlist. That is a 5.5G experimental sleep aid, and it's not available for public use. SIA v6 is in use for me and my GF because A) it needs to be tested for a while for me to understand why it failed initial public release testing, and B) my girlfriend has trouble falling asleep most nights. It's win-win, when the thing works.
You can use the SIA available for the public, which is in 5G. It is old technology now, being 4 or 5 years old, but it is still better than SIA v6 because while it is weaker, it is also much more consistent. SIA v6 needs the script adjusted in a few ways to achieve that still. The problem seems to arise from the choice of a specific descriptive word used in the script. I am also trying to maximize how powerful, fast acting, effective and consistent it is, and how many personality types, thinking styles and age groups it works for. I also want it to work for people who have severe PTSD.
So you won't find a 5.5G SIA in the store just yet, but you can use the 5G version, and it is a very good program, very effective for most people. SIA is usable with other high level subs because it is a pure state shifter.
I would have to heartily recommend USLM3 for you as your primary program based on what you've said.
