So how would u know if a sub program has taken root subcounsly? An it auto mattic? An once so do you still have to keep playing the sub?

Once a program's script has become your dominant subconscious programming in the directions it is going, you will respond by expressing that programming as your natural automatic thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and actions (as appropriate for the goal of the program, of course).

Once that has come to be your normal, natural, automatic response, you don't need to keep using the sub, but it can be helpful to, or sometimes to refresh it.
