My mind is still asking some questions & the best place is to ask here...

You said that you imagined a girl with definitve body features, living within next 20 minutes from you... As you mentioned, subconscious mind is always trying to bring the best or nearest to your expectations into your life...

So, what I am really asking for... as we live in a life of abundance, the girl must previously (before you imagined) be sexually compatible to you? Or did subconscious change circumstances in a way, that she started feeling attracted to you?

The subconscious mind is always going to aim for exactly what you ask for.

Her sexual compatibility will depend on what you ask for. If you ask for a woman with 20 specific features, but sexual compatibility isn't one of them, you probably won't get one who is sexually compatible. That's why my ex Laura and I drifted from three times a day to maybe once twice a month over the course of our relationship. But when I asked for my "perfect lover", I was presented with a woman with whom I had ONLY sexual compatibility, to the degree that I can be within her presence 5 minutes and no matter what she is wearing or doing, I need to jump her, and for as long as we were together, we were running 1-3 times a day, and closer to 3 on average. Every day.

You have to either nail down exactly the features you want, or ask for the "perfect" whatever, where whatever is 1-2 variables. For instance, your perfect (naturally redheaded) (sexual lover) would be two variables.
