Aura was my first ever subliminal and from that I bought everything else so I'm sure that tells you, it's a good one 
I don't know what the policy is on doing BIATBW and Aura at the same time but I'm sure they'll work together and yes you'll experience some crazy things after a few weeks. And if you like them, you can invest on AM, SM and WM like you said and see even crazier stuff It's a lot of fun and a life-long journey, have fun with it
