headache using sub US tones

So I listened to MLS 5g for 10 hours US tones....woke up with a headache....is it because I am using it too much or? Headache didn't occur with Trickling Stream version

Maybe it was too loud.

Ultrasonics only cause a headache when you have the program WAYYYY too loud. Recalibrate, and if it persists, lower the volume incrementally a notch at a time for each period of exposure until it goes away.
