One more for the road. I was thinking about a program that would help you recover from chronic fatigue or tiredness, since feeling tired can make you feel irritable (emotional) and unproductive which in itself also creates a plethora on problems on its own and can make your life feel overwhelming. It also means that you severely diminish your potential because you’re simply too tired to do something about the present situation and choose for more “convenient” short-term solutions which can eventually make you feel stuck.
One thing that I believe should also be addressed is developing resilience towards losing energy on things that are not beneficial to your life. Things you can’t control, etc. Along with eating enough healthy foods, getting plenty of deep (slow-wave) sleep and perhaps motivation regarding physical exercise.
This could also be a modification or an addition to the Deep, Restful sleep program.
