I don't feel mentally slower. But lately I have been having extended "brain farts" like forgetting where I'm going if I get distracted and that never happened before listening to the subs I'm currently on in 4G. Back on EPRHA 5G, I would feel like I needed a lot more sleep.

I think we shanon should go back to smaller scripts but with the same amount of repetitions, i think a reason why poeple get more obvious resilts with single stages is because the script is smaller

Alpha360 yeah and it gets worse with time, i am kn stage 3 of am6 to and poeple often ask me what are you thinking about... Its really like my brain is constantl thinking about 100 things at the same time and i am never fully in the now.... This is reall a downside if you want to use the subs for long time programming without longer periods of pauses

Tonight i listened for 14 h and i am really paralized mentally, the guys that listen for 21h a day are not aware of what they are doing to themself, i used to be a quick learner but after 3 years of subs i am slower than the average person... I also forgot many things i used to know so this are serious problems i have to consider when i have to decide if i want to coontinue with subs... Because after some years you become some kind of zombie

And the results stop because of this

Its seems that the subconscious cant take an unlimited amount of Information as always claimed

It's been said that to process the messages of these subs requires more physical energy usage (e.g. faster glycogen depletion) than a person might normally be accustomed to; where this energy comes from is still up for debate, especially how much comes from which source when which is still an unanswered question.

Stage One: 2 months
Stage Two: 2 months .....and so on...
