After running 2 hybrid loops for 2 days now, I didn’t feel same kind of effect I felt when I ran masked version.
In masked version, I felt the program running in my head.
But with hybrid I feel like there is too much information to process.
I felt tired after listening to two loops, but I will see how it effects me over the off days.
right now I am leaning toward going back to masked version.
