Shannon will probably not release alpha 5g/hst any time soon with his workload and working on research and building AYIW and SSF.You can ask him on his journal in the men's journal area of the forum.

All you need is some patience As this area of the forum isn't very active, it is better as Roy mentioned to ask Shannon questions in his journal as he is pretty active there.

The 5G version of AM is not going to come out any time soon. It was designed to last 2-3 years, and although I can upgrade it to 5G, believe me, it's a mega-powerful program and quite impressive as it is. I have a lot on my plate right now, and since the scripts for the 5.0 version were lost in a hard drive crash, it's going to mean that to build the next version, I have to not only build it in 5G (which usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from scratch), but I have to build it from the 2011 script base, which means I basically have to build 2011 into 5.0 again, and then from there build 6.0 in 5G. That's going to take a long, long time.

So don't worry. It's going to be a 4G program for probably at least a year while I finish upgrading all the 3G and building the programs 5G was actually invented for.
