Stage 1 was great it got rid of my addiction to porn and i have not masturbated for weeks ;-) this really is good !

Stage 2 been using it for 3 weeks not and not seen any obvious changes. Should I move to stage 3 ?

No, you have to do each stage for 32 days no matter what.
