I'm making some improvements. I was up at 5:15 am without any feelings of chemical/burnout-type tiredness. Was out for a walk soon after. Had a pretty good day and ran several errands after work. I have this new setup for my ongoing goals and it's going really well; I track them on Excel in a different way than usual.
I've been taking cold showers for the past 4 days; they've been pretty easy. After all, it is summer water.
My sex drive has not been as present, and I have less of an urge to masturbate or watch porn. Nonetheless, if a good-looking woman is nearby, I'll check her out big time.

Interesting that it might be something relating to my sexuality that is being healed.
I've been making morning protein shakes with bok choy, kale, spinach, etc. I've figured out the right ratio and it's working out well. I'm told to add a small slice of a beet, but we'll see.
Skin and voice are still problems that aren't budging, and it's now my RIGHT knee that's giving me problems. However, I'm feeling better than ever.
I had knee issues I never knew I had on MHS, lol. Hope you get over them quickly.
BTW, beets actually add a sweet flavor to things, beet-lieve it or not. Hardy-har-har!
