I was curious to know the area of proximity that ultrasonics could reach when played on independent speakers as opposed to a cellphone. Considering you have to listen to ultrasonic at a lower volume I figure its ability to fill a room is much greater.
The reason I ask is because I normally listen in my living room during the day but sometimes I'm in the kitchen for extended periods which is next to the living room. Also there was another situation in the past where I used to sleep in the open loft right above the living room and I decided to leave my main stereo down stairs thinking I would get exposure from down there while I sleep.
