USLM v4.2 - Using What I've Got to Get What I Need

What is your listening time on USLM , as in how many loops per day - what do the instruction, (which I cannot find in the store) say?  May have been taken down or I missed it , one. thanks, Man.

I have the instructions for 4.2 in a document on my computer. 
3 loops per day, ASRB 5:1, 3 months per run. 
Auto-Config pushed me to a 6:1 ASRB this run.
