Tonight I will run the hybrid track and see if there are any differences. I have heard that it is the most powerful track but have never experienced it for myself.

I have never run the hybrid track of any sub before. Can you run it with earphone/headphones albeit at a lower volume?

Yes, but you do need to calibrate volume for the headphones. Easily done with the masked track: just make it a comfortable volume.

So when I checked my email I noticed that I had a job interview request. I have a full time job but I was looking for a part time job just to make more money. I applied almost a month ago and almost forgot about it.

Just finished listening to one loop and I definitely felt a fear of success came up. It’s like I want the goals but at a deeper level I fear the results. Hopefully I can overcome this.

Well it's there if you need it (A side), but give this one at least another week at 1 loop, and if it continues blocking you, go to 7 loops for a couple weeks at least and then re-evaluate. I am personally LOVING THE HELL out of this program and what it's doing for me, and GF is too.

I feel like one loop is doing something but fear comes up. Maybe 7 loops will be good.
I also notice that feelings of guilt arose like I feel guilty if I succeed and others don't.
I have had this belief plague me for awhile

Edit: After listening to my loop tonight i feel like I cleared some stuff. I feel "clear" and refreshed. Not as much fear as before.

Also Shannon does this program like LM 4G did where what you consciously desired manifested? I know you said that the PM part changed somewhat for this version

Mind being more specific in regards to the results the two of you are seeing?

Effect #1: Stress relief and relaxation. I noticed the very first night that I went from being very tense and stressed when I went to bed, to I was so relaxed when I woke up that I realized how tense and stressed I had been. Each night I sleep better, deeper and more restfully, and I wake up much more relaxed and comfortable.

Effect #2 has been a significant improvement in mood for me and my girlfriend. We're both much more positive and steadily so. We are both significantly more positive, upbeat and confident in success. It is a given.

Effect #3: Relationship has improved. She's not as stressed, I am not as stressed and we don't have that tension anymore. Between #1 and #2, this amounts to an easier time with communication.

Effect #4: Increased motivation. With it being a given that I am succeeding no matter what, as long as I keep going, I have a lot more motivation. I find myself doing a lot of things I was putting off before, not because I didn't really want to do them per se, but because they seemed too low priority. Now it's "git 'er dun!" and I do it. Loading, running and unloading the dishwasher, moving furniture, cleaning, laundry, running errands. I was an absolute juggernaut on subs day before yesterday, doing in one day what would have normally taken me two, and yesterday I was trying to do the same but there was too much getting in the way with my lungs. My office used to be my storage room for hurricane supplies, and it had food in it, so I put down food grade diatomaceous earth to keep the roaches at bay. It worked, but now I am finding that it's impossible to breathe in that room even after vacuuming it 23 times with my robotic vacuum, once with the upright shark, mopping it twice, etc.

Effect #5: Better performance at the gym. This one really surprised me, but I went from dreading the gym, dreading some of the workouts, and spending too much time on my phone as I became tired of and bored with it, which led me to not have enough time to finish my workout in the allotted 60 minutes to suddenly, for the last two times I have gone, I am working out harder, challenging myself more (adding weight, more reps), enjoying the workouts, doing a wider variety of exercises, and having to add in new exercises because I now consistently get finished 10 to 12 minutes early! Even more interesting is that the GF is experiencing this one, too, and she was even worse than I was because she originally started going to the gym apparently because she was expecting it to make her lose weight all by itself, and when she discovered that "abs and weight are made in the kitchen" she got depressed and lost motivation. Now she's saying that her muscles hurt because she added weight and then did a lot more reps, and saying she might need to slow down a bit.

Effect #6: In general, my sense of humor is coming out more when I socialize. I guess that is because I am happier in general.

EDIT: @Shannon Also today has been a whirlwind of emotions. I am generally feeling down and depressed today. Just no motivation for anything. It's like the exact opposite of how I thought I would feel when running this program.

Furthermore I am feeling resentful of people I know that I perceive to be more successful than me whether it be in relationships or other stuff. I feel like everyone has their stuff together except me even though objectively I am doing pretty well.

To do limits testing, I ran it straight until I crashed, which was 1.5 days. Now I'm doing 7 a day. Its working well at 7. I run them during the day, while I'm working and being active, and letting myself rest at night. Still feeling kind of tired when I wake up from the overload, but it's getting better.

Sounds like you could see what happens over time on 1 a day (process this stuff more) or try 7 and see what happens. I can't say which would be better for you but if you do up it to 7 a day, don't go back.

Have you experienced any effects from the LM portion of the sub? Like have experienced any synchronicitious events?

I know you said the LM part of the sub would be different than from the older LM script but will you still manifest what you consciously desire and focus on?

So I just got done with my one loop for today. While I was listening and even before, I felt a tremendous sadness. I just felt depressed at how my life hasn't gone the way I thought it would. I guess this is what you would call a quarter-life crisis. There is also lingering fear of success. It was not as obvious as it was yesterday but the more I think about it, the more I realize that that is a block that could prevent the program from working.

I am questioning whether or not I should switch to Side A but I will run Side B for three months. I plan to run one loop but I am curious as to whether or not 7 loops will be better.

All in all , I do not feel successful and feel even more confused and doubtful. I'm starting to feel like the program isn't even working and I'm just wasting my time with all of this stuff. It's been awhile since I have been this confused and doubtful.
