My listening schedule was, if I remember correctly - on bedside pc speakers with Cowon iAudio 10 MP3 player:

3 or 4 loops per night for:

1 night per week in the beginning - with 6 or 7 nights off
later - 3 nights per weeks with 4 nights off,
towards the end 5 nights on with 2 off - I loved it so much I was almost hooked on the energy boost effects.


I'm currently doing off subliminal shop stuff and lurking here to keep an eye on developments with a view to getting back on a newer version of UMS. However, as a 6/7 stager I may be excluded from UMS2 given my current situation. With the funds available I'll buy the latest iteration of UMS in a heartbeat - indeed when I previously desired the funds to purchase USLM3 they 'magically' appeared.

I'm confident that UMS1 can produce the goods, given enough time, so I'm looking to run it again. I have no criticisms of the program. I consider it akin to LTU/AM/DMSI for me.

You're welcome. I forgot to mention I've been using Hybrid version.

Yes the energy is very strong - I'm guessing thats a combination of the Energy Sourcing Module and the energy of NDRS.
