I got stood down from work due to covid 19 and had to move away for a bit over two months. I wasn't happy with my usage of UMS so I didn't listen to anything for the time I was away. One thing happened about two weeks after I stopped listening. I was in Woolworths and waiting in line. The shop was busy and I was still getting used to the social distancing. I noticed a checkout chick walking around putting items on shelves. Then she came up to me and said if I would like to go to her register. It was weird that she singled me out because it was so busy. I ended up walking over and then got blocked by an old lady with a walking frame who turned to me and said I'm next! I didn't mind so I took her spot and got served a bit quicker than if I stayed in the other line. I started listening to UMS on June 30 and have been doing the correct usage according to the instructions and feel much better than before when my usage was to erratic. I noticed my negative thought patterns have only been happening a few times a week, usually on the middle of my days off from listening. The thoughts don't usually last long. I'm going with the flow and just let UMS do it's thing. Enjoying the morphine drip
