Listening to today's loops was so annoying for me. I was wide awake reading a book, but I felt like I should toss my headphones in the bin. I knew it was resistance and let the sub do it's thing.

Wife worked a 24-hour shift last night, so I opted to listen on my Bose speaker.

Uh?! 24 hours is three days of work in most European countries. Even those in the health industry in the UK do 12 hours max per day, and then do 6 hours the next day or have the day off completely. 24 hours looks insane to me. Is this normal in USA?

She has to work 36 hours per week. She chooses to work a 24 hour shift here and there so she has more days off. She'll also pick them up if she wants to do overtime.

The nice thing is she can go to the "call" room and sleep when it's not busy. Sometimes she'll sleep 6-10 hours per 24/hr shift and get paid for it. Not a bad deal! She can also sleep on any regular 12-hour night shift if they aren't busy.

Fark, I'm tired.

Had a nap this afternoon, and after waking I just felt weird. That feeling where you're awake and physically refreshed, but still feel absolutely drained. That feeling has persisted all day.

Went to the game tonight (yay, my boys are 10-0 and top 10, baby!) and had a good time. I'm glad the game was early, b/c I'm ready to sleep.

I had planned to fast until dinner today, but my hunger didn't allow it. It's not ravenous, but I can't go the day without eating. So I ate before the game, and decided to get my son a hotdog at the game. I'm waiting in line forever, only to find out that they're out of hotdogs. Argh! So I take my 2.5 y/o halfway around the damn arena to get into another long line. In front of me is a dad with his 3 y/o. He starts asking me about my son, and then became a motormouth from there - like we were best friends!

One of the ladies in front of us, a pretty classy chick about 10 years older than me, purposely brushed my thigh with her fingernails as she went to leave for halftime. Another one of the women, who usually dotes on my kid, was especially talkative to me. In all the seasons I've been coming to these games, these people never used to talk to me, just my folks.

There was a big-breasted brunette (I'm a boob man, and love me some tiggle bitties) was sniped in the same row ahead of us, way off to my right. She was with a guy, but she couldn't stop craning her neck to stare at me. I noticed that later in the game she looked downright stressed! It wasn't because our team was losing, as we murdered the competition tonight.

Anyway, healing is still front-and-center and the energy it's requiring is a doozy. Looking forward to a long, deep sleep tonight.

I have been eating more than usual, and at first I was worried that I would gain weight, but I do not seem to be gaining weight... but I am having to sleep a LOT more than usual. Just woke up from 10.5 hours of sleep, and I am ready for more an hour later.

I started off thinking it was the energy sourcing, but now I am beginning to think that there is something to do with the profound healing and clearing, as you say. Will have to comb through the script and see how I can adjust the energy levels.

Yes to the former, unknown to the latter. I haven't had that much exposure out of the house, especially by myself. When I am out, I feel tired to the point of not noticing or not caring. Another thing keeping me indoors is the weather. It's frickin' cold here, and I hate it! If I had my way, we'd be moving your way, my friend!

I got to sleep in more today. Still tired. I had a dream last night where I was eating weird, exotic food with weird names. When I looked them up as I chewed it up, it was brains. I guess my subconscious feels like it's gettin' chewed up, hehehe.

Aside from being tired, anxiety and irritability are along for the ride this morning. This is much earlier than usual. My patience is also pretty thin.

I forgot to mention I listened to the US track on speakers last night, loud (didn't check the dB). Probably as loud as it goes without my speakers crackling.

My wife felt good enough to go out to dinner. I asked, "What do you feel like eating?" She says, "SK," (a place good for breakfast food - awesome potato casseroles).

I wasn't thrilled, because testing there would suck. When we got there, I said playfully to my son, "Welcome to the land of The Elderly and Fat Waitresses!" When we were seated, our waitress wasn't half bad - meaning only half good.

When she approached, she clasped her hands so that it turned her forearms out. It was an awkward, nervous, fidgety move. She could hardly look at me.

Like I said, not a great place to test things out. I ate a big meal - chicken fried steak, two eggs, sliced potatoes (all covered in gravy), and toast with strawberry jam. We got pie to go, and I ate that at home. When we ordered dessert, I said aloud to my son, "Tonight, Daddy's going to have dessert twice!" Then I looked at my wife and winked, and she had a big smile on her face. I had been wanting to see if being around her so much would increase her desire so that she'd initiate, but I'm done waiting. I'll test the quality of the sex instead!

I felt better after eating a big meal, but I'm getting tired again quickly. So it's going to be Wham-Bamm here shortly, and then straight to sleep.
