It's not even about her perception, it's about my perception of myself. It seems I don't feel comfortable unless I'm perfect, apparently. More healing/clearing related shit. You could have a crystal ball that said "If she saw you as you are, she would have dropped a creamsicle in your hallway." But I wouldn't believe it, unless there wasn't a chink in my armor that I could perceive.

Maybe that's a reason why my diet and willpower has gone to shit (rather than using the "energy" requirement as an excuse). I need to have some experiences that help lead to more self-acceptance. I don't know at this point. I'm still very much in flux.

I'm starting to wonder if I'm experiencing some resistance based on how I'm eating. I'm drinking if it's in the house, eating with abandon (think I'm up 4 pounds), and now I'm ripping off my sleep phones before my loops start in my sleep. The last two nights, I've woken to find them lying next to me without any memory of taking them off. Fortunately, it's been in time to put them back on. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep last night when the loops started, so I lost at least two hours of sleep. I'm dead-tired right now, but I gotta get to the gym.

I've also been extremely hot while sleeping, waking up covered in sweat and having to lay there with no sheets on. After falling back to sleep post-loops, I had a CRAZY dream that should have been a nightmare, but I didn't feel any fear. It was just psychotic content, and now I can't even remember what it was about. Must be the shielding. I just remember being absolutely SHOCKED at what I was dreaming about.

Damnit. I'm having a rough time. It's not world-ending or anything that terrible. It's just rough. Not liking my seeming lack of willpower, or discipline.

I didn't make it to the gym today. My son tripped and smashed his nose on his step stool. I had to ice it, and gave him ibuprofen. Poor guy looks like he got into a fight. I'm hoping he doesn't get a black eye (or two) out of it.

We went scouting for morel mushrooms once he felt better. He liked the hike. He did much, much better than last year. Amazing difference a year makes. Only one tick, thanks to some Rose Geranium essential oil. Ticks are nasty fuckers.

Took a nap this afternoon. Don't remember any dreams. Woke up pretty tired.

I'm contemplating switching to B tonight. It's been 42 days of A. I don't know if it's indeed resistance, or I just want to switch things up. My dilemma is, am I at the verge of a breakthrough with A (which is why I'm experiencing all this emotional shit and lack of discipline), or is my mind digging in its heels so hardcore that a switch to B might be the trick to get it to let go and in that sense get to a breakthrough? I can always switch back to A after a few weeks.

As of right now, I'm leaning toward running B until the 1st of May or so.

I want to say that I never see any sort of breakthroughs with this kind of thing, but it could simply be a faulty memory.

yes, the clearing is hard at work. yes, you're on the verge of a breakthrough. I had the experience during 3.0 when i was crying all week during A, and then finally I had the big daddy breakthrough which was followed by sub goal achievement. The thing is, that happened on my second run of A. As you may recall, I was doing A for the first few weeks of 3.0, then switched to B very soon after my mom told me I was crying in my sleep (clearing during sleep). I switched to B prematurely, and it wasn't until I went back on A that the clearing finished and the goals were achieved.

Either way you roll, A or B, you'll see benefits. But if you wanna see this clearing patch through and hit a breakthrough NOW, it's best to continue with A

Of course, I read this post this morning, after running B for 2 loops masked, .FLAC, sleep phones, 7/15 clicks Note 5 phone. Oh well, we'll roll with it.

I actually had some "normal" dreams (not violent or psychotic). Normal-ish. The ony one I remember is I was on vacation with my wife's family (which happens a lot in waking life) and the place we went to was an indoor water park. I find a lot of my dreams involve water parks, pools, water parks inside hotels, and water slides in particular.

This place was covered in some kind of grime. Dirt & slime. It was disgusting. We all swam anyway. The water seemed clean, but the floors were yellow & green - just nasty. I was the only one complaining. That's all I remember.

Let's see how today goes.

I could be flat out wrong but its possible that A for a month followed by B for a period and then back and forth usage would be the way to go for Max effect. The resistance from B would possibly make A ramp up more during it's usage.

Maybe not 1 week each, but possibly 1 week of B followed by 2 weeks of A and repeat.

I think a week of B would be too short. Maybe two weeks of B followed by two weeks of A.

I'm currently back on A, my second day after 20 days of B.

I can definitely say that this run of A seems more profound than my first run. I'm now debating whether I do 15 days for this run or 20.

I experienced all of this -- especially the "ripping out the earbuds in the middle of the night" just before having a huge breakthrough where women started losing their damn minds around me.

Twerking for no reason, laughing loudly at my jokes -- desperately trying to get my attention. And since I'm not going for it (really don't wanna date at the gym), they're getting angry and trying to ignore me / lash out at me, lol.

My ideas with how dmsi works, although I'm just as in the dark as anyone, is that keeping some A running while doing B is achieved by not going past 21 days of B. I imagine that any A effects could actually fade as soon as 14 days up to the 21.

So my ignorant theory would say you'd always want to keep at least 1 day of A running during any 3 week segment, possibly 2 weeks depending on how we react to the sub. 2 weeks of each as you mentioned would do that either way.

I think the thing we would need to be vigilant about is not lying to ourselves and think we don't need anymore healing and always be ready to do a full 3 weeks of A if it gets too crazy,. Maybe.
