Second day
Listened to the Alpha_Male_Ver5_Stage1_4g_Masked(Trickling_Stream) fell asleep and had a dream about making out with a girl I had met. Found this particular one comfortable to listen to at half volume.
Feel alittle more relaxed this morning but that could be due to the fact I took some ZMA before I went to bed last night. Three days before I found myself getting stressed out and looking at porn.
Last two days not had any inclination to look at porn.
