The Upgrade Protocol- AM6 1st run

A random acquaintance came out of the blue and started messaging me. After bantering with her for 30 mins, she invited me to celebrate her birthday with a couple of a bunch of her friends, some who i know and others i dont, Banter was automatic and reactive.

-Was at the gym and worked out by a bench. An Asian girl literally squatting next to me. her ass is facing my head and reached around 2 feet away from my face. I didn't do anything because I was jacked in pre-workout and went through a heavy squat PR and was going ham on the rest of my workout.

Stage 3 recap

-im getting less emotionally affected by my friends flaking from the workout. It went from mild joking and mock shaming to "okay your loss and it's my time to destroy today's numbers".

-Stage 3 helped me build a routine and habit(hitting the gym and 5:45am) and look forward to it every day. It brings me happiness despite my less than ideal life situation. Pretty priceless.

-Women seem to be intimidated by me. High school girls making eye contact and then closing off their body language. I was at the train station and this couple was talking and standing normally then when i'm there, they are huddled next to each other and moved away from my cone of vision.
