Yes, I think that once I started noticing self-effects I thought "well, shouldn't be long now" but I got ahead of myself a bit. I'm patient though, and I know what this sub is capable of so if waiting another week or 2 is required to see the effects it's fine by me.
One thing I can say lately is that I notice that I'm not affected by negativity as much. My friends sometimes tell me stuff that normally would worry me or have me in panic mode but now I laugh it off and continue doing my own thing. I remember reading in the AOS sript that there is a line that says "I disconnect from all negativity from others" and I think that part is really sinking in.
Hopefully by next month this sub will have completely sunk in and then I think I'll go on to BIABW sub which should go nicely with the AOS and ASC subs.
