I think it could be because in alpha Male there are lots of components which are geared more towards the women side of life, and AM might make you wanna achieve those even if doing so might be at the expense of your entrepreneurial goals..
While in BASE it'll be the opposite, maybe on BASE you probably won't mind compromising on alpha behaviour in some situations if it's good for business
But also, there will be a lot of situations (and I still think that these situations would be more of a norm) where being an AM would be conducive to your success as an entrepreneur(am talking everything in AM which isn't exclusively women oriented), I think whether AM and BASE drive your energy in different directions and how much would be decided by how many of such kinds of situations does your chosen business field give you.
Even I was thinking that being alpha Male would always help in business that's why I thought there would be a major overlap in the programs, but I think BASE needs to be more versatile than AM6.0 coz AM is just about being AM but BASE has to be very contextual...
I think my point is best summarized with example of auras in each program: AM has fixed kinds of auras while BASE has polymorphic aura which I feel is more complex (and in my opinion more useful, albeit towards a different goal)
