You mean like making eye contact and saying "hi" or "what's up"? Not much of a problem at all. And in a lot of cases, it's the woman that says it first.
I'm still in a state of 'flux' for lack of a better word.
I still believe that approach via the eye game is still the best method

By how's approaching I meant are you
1. having more connections with women, i.e, kind of going out of your respective ways to be near/talk with each other and having the hot connection-Sky eye game esque...it sounds like sex magnet def help with that
2. Walking up to a girl you like with awesome intentions, be it sexual, playful, connection, honesty and telling her what you like about her, and making it happen! No waiting, no IOI necessary, no social pinging, just 100% acting from your own intentions making it happen, or at least going for it and having fun with it lol.

Spiral- I have no problem with that giving bold sexual eye contact and going up and saying hi even if I don't have anything to say, but not much of a winker, lol. I always thought it was a bit cheesy.

Rainbow- As far as I can tell, it helps with both #1 and #2. Number is the first thing it helps with and number too seems like it kicks in at stage 3

Yeah, I probably should. These subliminals of yours are just very strong that's all. I feel like very deeply ingrained concepts relating to sexuality that I've held on to for my entire life are being challenged and then overcome, not easily mind you, but overcome nonetheless. Not a lot that I can put my finger on, but I can say for sure that neediness is like a lost feeling that I once had and I can vaguely remember. I almost never look to anyone's approval for anything anymore. That's a good feeling for sure. I had to go through some rough patches for this stuff to sink in. When I have these new ideas being put in my, challenging the old ones that I've held on to for so long, I get a sort of mild depression for a little while, but I know it for what it is and I relish it as part of the process of growth. Anyway, I'm feeling pretty good now.
