Yeah regular NG works best. The most important part of it for me the emotional release because I had held too many emotions in. I ust watched videos(doesn't have to be NG related) that got me emotional and I just let it all out. The NG is just to fill your subconcious with images of natural behaving women. I think someone may get the same benefit if they just did the emotional releasing part of it.


First night on SM, I had a ridiculously sexual dream. I was having sex with some Meghan Fox looking chick for quite a while in it. I think I'll be liking these dreams this sub is giving me.

With natural grounding I was never able to fully get emotional and cry like some do with NG. I don't know what's holding me back but it must be I am just not letting go completely.. It's not for everyone. I hardly ever do it. It was just good for an initial reframe to help me appreciate women again. There are those who are really hardcore in to it and I have met some of them and let me tell you this...these guys are some creepy and disturbing individuals who have almost turned in to a religion. It is a reframing tool. Once you're reframed then you don't need to do it anymore and it's not even a neccesarry reframing tool if it doesn't click with you. Like all other good reframing tools, it's one of many and you can reframe yourself in countless ways, NG doesn't have to be one of them.

@spiralout1988- It's my express opinion that you shouldn't ever be ashamed of anything, let alone that. Forget it. If it doesn't work for you that's cool. You're making progress in other ways. Personally I dont think it's the crying to the NG videos that gives people a release, but more the crying itself. Anything that helps you release pent up emotions is good and that doesn't have to be NG related at all. As a matter of fact, the alpha set is great at that as we all know by now. It worked better than NG ever did for me.

I just got back from Austin and that was a long and irritating trip, but I got my interview and that's really all I wanted. Since Rion claims that NG works wonders for improving mens interactions with women, I tried to keep him on tack explaining what exactly it's all about beginners, because I think it can be a good reframing tool in conjunction with other things, but I also think that too many of his students try to use it to "transcend the ego" (whatever that means) and end up being horribly creepy and lacking any and all social calibration. I don't know how well I did in keeping it basic for the interview, but we shall see...

My apologies, I had every intention of another update specifying, but I have only been on it for a few days, so I'm just going on small things that I have noticed that are a vision of things to come. For instance, I have been getting my desire to be with girls back hardcore. After I finished the alpha set, I had this emptiness inside of me, not an emptiness of lonliness mind you, but an emptiness of the void that is masculinity. It was like I was self fulfilled and THAT is a fantastic feeling, but it also took away most of my desire for a while, making me value being by myself more than being with other people(even the girl I was seeing). It's a pretty self fulfilled feeling when you can call a beautiful woman at any time to come over to your house to have sex, but you'd rather spend the time alone. I'm not bragging about that by any means, but that was just the truth of the matter. So that was where I was at after the alpha set and the month following it.

Upon starting the Sex Magnet set, I was immediately gifted a dream of having lengthy sex with Meghan Fox or some Meghan Fox clone-ish girl, the dreams that followed were more women related dreams, though as far as I can remember, none of them involving sex or as graphic as that. I also, noticed within a few days that I was developing this light heartedness that took the edge of my post alpha set hardness and I also found myself being more warm and compassionate with people. My body language seems to be slightly changing as do my facial expressions, again making me more approachable and friendly. Girls are smiling at me more or maybe I am just noticing them smiling at me more. The need for their attention is lessening even more(and considering that the alpha set took care of most of that, that's impressive), however the desire to have them in my life without any kind of need is becoming stronger. Now keep in mind, these are all somewhat subtle things that I've noticed. So far it has been a very easy going sub to listen to. No emotional catharsis of any kind really thus far. It's putting me in a great mood as well and today I just have been seeing myself as sexier when I look in the mirror. I just look sexier somehow. That makes total sense to me too, because your face can change quite dramatically depending on your mindset. After all, the face can spell out something like 14,000 words, so you can imagine the possibilities.

Another thing that I've noticed is that my charm and charisma seem to be getting energized more and more every single day. I love that effect. Everyone wants a charming individual around. Anyway, those are ust some the things I've noticed so far without expecting any of it or any outcome in particular. I like your approach when listening to the subs, Shannon of just playing it at night(I play it a little in the day too sometimes) and forgetting it, not putting any attention on any particular outcome and letting the effects be what they will.

I found the best place the other day. It was called "Bikini's" and all the waittresses had bikini tops on. It was a sports bar kind of like Hooters, but I found it way more enjoyable. Some Coors girls reps came up and asked if I liked Coors and I had to say "No, but I'l take a beer holder if you're passing those out." and of course that led to us flirting for like 15 minutes. The only thing better than holding some good banter and flirting with one hot is girl is twisting off two of them. It's getting so easy too. Then they came back later and gave everyone free beer. Sounds like you had fun, Cortez! The place you described sounds like "bikini beach" where Ryan visited a while back. Pulled up the website and one thing I like better than Hooters: the menu. The food offerings that Hooters has has lot to be desired. Bikini's looks LOTS better!

So, this set just makes me feel damn good. It's only been a week so far, but every day gets more ridiculous. It seems like everything I say and do charms 95% of women. I just generally feel great all the time. Also, I am more sexual than ever before in my life, but less needy than I have ever been at the same time. That combo is dangerous! I'm interested to see what kind of effects stage 1 has when it really sinks in. These are just some of the things I've noticed that are different since starting the Sex Magnet.
