Sway testing

I've read that people do sway testing in their journals to ascertain how many loops they should be doing.

What is it?

And how is it done?

It's a way of getting answers from your subconscious, like muscle testing.

Basically stand up straight and find out which direction is yes and no by which way you sway (forwards or backwards) when asking questions.

Alternate a few times like "My name is (your name)" "My name is (some random name)" "I am a guy" "I am a girl" and find out which direction is which.

Then you can ask the questions you want, such as how many loops are most effective for you and such.

There's probably more theory behind it, but that's it put simply.
