how do you mean "rougher" did it bring up a lot of old crap?

I can't say I had as many memories coming up as I did on A, but emotionally it was rougher, more intensity coming up than on A.

I bought the SE sub and have been listening to this for 6 weeks now. I had the odd day here and there where I felt a little more confident. but in general has been a fairly neutral experience for me until last few days where I have been feeling down like I am trapped in my life and this is as good as it gets for me.

feel like I'm not comfortable around people and feel self conscious when talking. I assume this is down to clearing in the sub? although it doesn't say anything about clearing old negative crap in description I am assuming that is why I have been feeling this way.

anyone have similar experience with this sub?

I have.

The sub is clearing all of the negative crap out of there. When it is done, you will begin to develop self esteem where you feel like you deserve more.
I’m on week 2 but this seems to be what this sub is doing

So I did my 3 months of SE not been too impressed with the results not what I had hoped from this sub. Noticed a few changes but no where near my expectations. I felt a little more relaxed during meeting at work but nothing major in terms of an increase in self esteem.

Thinking of starting DMSI 3.1A hopefully the clearing in that may help with having more confidence/self esteem

Or you could run AM. AM has self esteem programming in it and more!

I have done AM in the past that did nothing for me.

I don't really want to spend more money on a new sub
