how will I know what my ideal loops/format would be.
I have tried hybrid x2, silent x2 hybrid x3 silent x3 and have even tried mixing them hybrid x2 & silent x2. (not at the same time one after the other)
don't really notice a shift/change from either combo. what would be the absolute maximum loops you would advise?
I think for most people, 2 loops is going to be the sweet spot. If it's not for you (and you've been patient enough doing it to really know that), then simply increase at a rate of 1 loop per day every week until you find it. For most people 5 to 7 loops a day is a reasonable maximum result to expect.
