Very often when i listen subliminal during the day with hearphone to maximaze the effect I have stop 10 mins or longer playing to talk with people or phone calls etc...
Do you suggest to start again o just put play from where I left (pause and play) ?

I would like to hear the answer, too. Because my mobile MP3 player sometimes doesn't resume correctly and starts the whole track from begin. And there is no FF to skip the part already listened to.

I would think that if you play your sub repeatedly for the required number of days, then your clever mind will probably sort out missing gaps okay.

Pause is fine. Not the best thing, but once the program has been repeated a number of times, your subconscious knows. Don't restart from the beginning all the time.
