Zainu I know how you feel dude. I went through the same things. Try to pick up meditation, gym-going, weight-lifting, biking, cooking, boxing, hangout with friends. Just some ideas.
Personally for me, I did meditation (daily 30 minutes), and weight lifting, and cooking.
