Something that focusses on
- removing that horrible "knot in the stomach feeling"
- stop avoiding situations and activities
- stop worrying and overthinking things and just DO them instead
- getting more enjoyment out of working on projects / doing hobbies
- overall feeling more enjoyment
- motivation
- actually LOVE what you are doing and preferring being active on your hobbies over being lazy / doing nothing.
- not getting distracted while working on a project
- not feeling bad/fearfull/feel like you need to stop or escape
when working on a project
^or could the same be achieved with life tune up / EPRHA /something else???
