Yes, it's brainwave entrainment and doesn't contain subliminals. You just want to use it at a different time of the day, e.g not at the same time as listening to subliminals.
Especially with 5.5g programs with state shifting you want to do it at a seperate time and not when the state shifting can potentially be triggered.
