Should I play 2 subliminals alternating, or play one for a while, then the other?

Right now I'm listening to 2 different subliminals. I'm wondering if I should alternate between the 2 while playing like:
1,2,1,2,1,2,

or play them for a set amount of time like:
1 - 4 hours
2 - 8 hours

Presuming they are two that you can play together, you are best to play out each one and then switch. as in the second option.
