On another thread it says 90's days for the sub to be permanent, so when using 4 hours each of two, It will be 6 months for results to become permanent. Okeedokee.

Making a subliminal program permanent requires more than 64 days of exposure. You very seriously should consider 90 days PER SUB an absolute minimum. Depending on specifics and circumstances, it can reasonably take 6 to 12 months of exposure to make a subliminal's impact permanent. There is no hard and fast answer because each person is different.
