well, what I would do is 8 hours of alpha at night and 4 hours a day of exercise motivation and enjoyment. If you have the time.
The goal of what is included in alpha doesn't kick in until stage 2 and doesn't take full effect until stages 3 and 4. But, it's worth using the extra if that's an area of spe cial interest, since it's not the main goal of the program.
