Definitely should have something preventing STD also will the anti sniper and long range sniper be deactivated in 3.4?

It's called personal responsibility and common sense. You guys are going to have to rely on that for the time being. In fact, you should always be relying on it anyway, since assuming that the anti-sniper would be infallible would likely give you a false sense of security in doing stupid things.

If I may ask a question, did you turn these off to limit number of variables or is there something more to it? I'm not against it, I'm just curious.

I did what the models indicated would produce the best possible results for execution.
