Shannon, is the long range sniper in 3.2? Will it be in 3.3?

IIRC, it's disabled in 3.2, and probably won't make it into 3.3 due to the "return on investment" factor, energetically speaking. It used up a lot of energy for little effect.

And then how does the manifestation work then? I'm starting to wonder about my online "manifestations". If there's no LDS, then it's entirely possible DMSI was NOT responsible for my successes there since the first girl was DTF from the get go, and the second I used all the game I knew on her.

Manifestation works like manifestations work. It is seeking to cause you to subconsciously manifest the people into your life who are going to be most in tune with the goals of, and most effectively influenced by, DMSI. That would most likely be a manifestation.
