Yes DMSI will make your sexual irresistibility the most maximum level of yourself possible. If you're fat hideous or whatever, then it will take that version of you and make you as irresistible as possible with THAT VERSION, while pushing you to work to improve appearance, so that your "version" upgrades. DMSI isn't a magic spell that makes people have mystical beer-goggles when looking at you and see you as a fit tall guy if you're a fat short ugly guy...
