So things are a little down right now, because I twinged my back lifting a couple weeks ago, and I gave it some time to heal and was getting back into lifting but today, I sneezed really hard, and completely blew my back out, its awful, I feel like an old man lol. 1 a year ago I was squatting 500 full depth for reps of three, and two weeks a go I hurt my back squatting 135 and just went to fast,I've fallen a long way physically. now its been two weeks since I could lift at all and as of today I can barely walk. I currently don't have a doctor and will figure out a way to see one, but until then does anyone have any advice on how to heal through this kind of thing quickly, I think its a pulled muscle in my low back, or a pinched nerve or something.
