I will run AM6 in the future.
But multi-stage subs take very long, and I think I should try something "quicker" like ASC which is more direct.
Any opinions are welcome.
Magnets try to accomplish a lot. I guess it makes sense that they're the toughest to succeed with since most men have such self limiting beliefs and views on women and sex.
AM6 will give you confidence anyway.
So, when you think about it, it's QUICKER to just do AM6 and SM3 again than it is to dabble around with ASC 5G for awhile...and THEN go do AM6 and SM3. See what I mean?
If my understanding is correct, you used AM5 before SM3? So, you've never used AM6? That alone means AM6 needs to be the next focus. Others have reported that going AM5 to SM3 was simply too much of a leap in order to have real success with SM3. It seems AM6 needs to be your next program. And as I described, it's actually the quicker way too.
We have garbage in our heads decades old. Multi stages take time because there's so much damage that needs to be fixed and built upon. That takes time, but it's worth it.
My advice, take the 7 day break after SM3 is done, then get into AM6 HARD. Then, you should be ready to go for SM3 again after, and it'll be your second run and no doubt a lot of that progrmaming is still there so it should be a good run.
