I personally think it's ok to increase your days , I've been doing since my first run of AM. It makes a big difference some extra content my flow in. Right now im in stage 3 of AM , I plan on adding 5 extra days if not 7. Try it , see how you feel.

I have seen in my first run that in the end of the stage, things were great, and as soon as I moved forward, the effects somehow dissipated.
So, I would love to see the effects remain little more stronger, because I am not willing to go for another run of SM3 for now, that's the plan for now.

Anyway, the update for SM3.

Today, the three girls that approached me and the one for whom I had interest in, I had little chat with her, and it was awesome.

A guy came in to ask for my Hard disk because there was something on it I would get to give to him.
And, that guy would give the data of my HD to that girl, and I immediately told her, that I am not going to give my data to you.

And, she playfully grabbed it from me, and we started playfully fighting with each other, and we both touched each other a lot.

I touched her head like a father figure, and pinched her more than 9 or 10 times, and her hair I guess twice or at least once.

I don't know how but something in this program is amazing that I just can't explain.
The connection or some kinda feeling takes over both of us, and this has happened with my every encounter with almost all the girls I have tried to seduce or come in deeper contact with.

And, I know that we both can feel this connection right away, and all I require to do, is just show them some interest and they just come to me like puppet.

I would have plucked her with my lips and she would have surrendered herself.

Haha. Enough of the metaphors, we felt incredible connection with each other.

But Somehow, it slowly fades away, and I don't understand it why or how does it happens.
Because, most girls are like bitches to me over text, or still they haven't met me.

But as soon as I meet them, things starts to change.
They somehow feels so into me.

Conclusion of today's update:
She touched me a lot, pinched me a lot, and we also had little talk earlier that I forgot to mention earlier, and I touched her a lot, but not as much as I did yesterday with that November Girl, but I haven't known this girl., or she hasn't known me, so I have a feeling that this stage would be awesome.
I think it's manifestation in work, and my skills of escalating faster in play here.

It's getting crazier and I don't feel it's anything surprising. Haha, Jk, I like the attention and my skill of seduction improving is a lot more fun too.

1. I have stood up for myself lately a lot and it just makes me so angry sometimes at people and to my friends, and it just doesn't feel like guilty feeling afterwards, and this had been the issue for me earlier.
2. Girls seem more like bitch to me, and they just act like that.
Though the same bitches try to touch me and I told her not to do so.
Two girls that tried to touch me, and told them not to touch me, bcz I had something in mind about them and I was pissed at them.
3. I had fight with my friends too, and they were not ready to back down with me and later on they did.
4. I had walked away from some of the situations.
In one situation, I literally walked away without any hesitation.
In another situation, I fighted and then after three or four fights, I walked away.
In third situation, I walked away from the situation and they had to come and talk me down from that.
And, It wasn't intentional or something I consciously decided to walk away.
It just happened and I walked away.
I had so many situations in my life where I had wanted to walk away but couldn't, and this time I did it and later on I realized that it was bcz of the sub.

I would have been done with stage 1 should I have decided to go for 32 days, but will go on for another 8 days.

Still no lucid dreams in stage 1, but normal for me to daydream a lot.

Another update not related to SM3.

I started going through Power Influence Course of the Jason Capital and I had my eyes lit up to that course, and I am learning to implement the content of that course, and it's kinda new perspective for me to look at the world.

I also have been doing exercises and workouts which I left in between in my AM6 run.

I have officially become the night owl and cannot sleep mostly at night.

Looking at the results of the program, I think I should be done with SM3 before ASC 6G prototype comes out.

I don't remember much about the changes I encountered.

Stage 2 April 2, 2016 to May 12, 2016
Stage 3 May 13, 2016 to June 21 or 22, 2016

1.I did not face any resistance and the stage 2 & 3 were smoother than expected.

2. Though my eye contact, my emotional stability, carefreeness, passing the test, bantering, motivation is through roof.

3. My social dominance is also exceptional, and sometimes I got backed down.
Now I don't remember my social anxiety or any of these kinda stuffs. I just don't give a fvck and do whatever the fvck I want.

4. I started my business and though it's in initial stage and since starting stage 4 the motivation to focus on business is somehow lesser.

5. In stage 3, my desire to read and improve and focus on myself, my body was through roof.

6. Since starting stage 4 on 21 or 22nd June, 2016, I am seeing more and more attractive face of mine manifesting and I look back on how I have changed myself, I feel the fulfillment and contended in myself and reading one of the Shannon's post about Alpha Male and contemplating on the ideas presented therein and expanding some of the ideas on my own had made my perspective wider and I found the new layer of understanding of life, people, relationships, family, attachments and so much much more!

7. There are though some instances wherein I feel so much resistance in talking or dealing with people, and I become the absolute asshole to anyone who comes my way, wherein anyone tries to bring me down, or tries to B.S. me or attack me through words, and I like that I stand up for myself a lot.

What I don't understand is that why I sometimes later on feel bad for standing up for myself or treating people with the way they should be treated?

8. There have been two or three or more instances wherein I walked away from the situation and it made me feel so good and confident. I remember that happening in earlier stages also, and walking away is a sign of confidence and I like that.

1. I have not cold approached anyone lately and now I am not concerned about approaching.

2. People are more appreciative and giving me respect.

3. I have not felt any fatigue or tiredness in listening to the sub since starting stage 2 and 3 and 4.

4. The timing of my each stage is 40 days.

The changes that I have made are over and above the changes already made, and it was more of the refinement over what I have already achieved.

I become aware about subliminal on January 4, 2014 and I was searching the techniques for memory improvements and I came across a website and then one thing led to another and I came across subliminalshop. And voila, Though I stopped AM6 earlier in October or November 2014 because of something bothering me about my studies as I wasn't sure that AM6 was a great idea and I stopped it in three days though it felt so good but I was listening to my own affirmations and later on I decided to opt in for AM6 again because it was such a necessary thing for me to do at that time.

I had suicidal thoughts during AM6 though I dint know at that time that it was because of AM6, but I was feeling so bad and life wasn't going well and I am glad that I came out of it good.
